In Odyssey Math, the principal tutor, Mr Justin Tan, will be teaching the students enrolled in our physical lessons.

Once the students are enrolled in our physical lessons, they will be given access to our math online videos for free.

We actively encourage students to ask questions and clarify misconceptions in our physical lessons as much as possible. We understand that certain students will not be able to keep pace some times. Students can ask questions via WhatsApp when needed.

In Odyssey Math, we understand that students have varying capabilities in their learning. Hence, we always use simple examples to teach new concepts first before diving into harder examples.

We make sure that students understand the basics first before we allow them to try the questions. We will start by letting them try the basic questions first and then we move on to the more difficult questions that students will likely face in the examination. We actively encourage students to present their solutions.

The principal tutor, Mr Justin Tan, also provides math online videos for his students so that they can learn anytime, anywhere.

Make up lessons are subjected to availability. We encourage students to come for the scheduled physical lessons. Do note that every week is considered 1 lesson fee that will be charged. Also, make-up lesson(s) must be done within the 12 weeks block. For make up lessons, students will be grouped with students from other levels (tutorial class) and use the online recordings to catch up on lesson(s) missed. Alternatively, the students can choose not to attend the make-up and use the online recordings.

At the JC level, all make-up lessons will be done via online recordings.

In Odyssey Math, new students can come for the lesson for free so that they can have a feel of my style of teaching. Students are not obligated to continue should they deem that my style of teaching does not suit them. Do note that the first lesson is free the student chooses not to continue. Otherwise, the first lesson will be charged if the student decides to continue.

We accept PayNow only.

As an experienced tutor (myself) will be teaching your child, I have the ability to personalize the lessons for your child in a tutorial setting. The common question parents ask is, if there are 5 students in a class and the duration of the lesson is 2 hours, then 24 minutes of attention are provided to their child. That’s not true as once the students understood the explanation, they will have to work on the questions and the tutor will move on to other students to address their queries.
